Undiagnosable pain and medical issues, PLEASE HELP NOW~!?

They did however, do an operation on me last April, for a hernia when it turned out to be NO hernia. So, now I have contacted a lawyer in my area and I spoke with him and he gave me some free consultation. He told me to go back to my regular doctor and NOT to mention that I was going to do anything about this...and have him ign me another doctor who will give a different opinion on what I may have. And then once I get that I can go to the lawyers and he will sign me on with him. Only problem I believe I have which sounds like you don't is I don't have any problems after the surgery. I feel fine! Other than the big ugly scar he did inject it and made the swelling go down. So, I feel I am Ok. But you ought to check into this with a good attorney in your area under medical malpractice Good Luck!!!
