Automatic Pword changer?

ok I have a hotmail account and I am worried someone is going to try to hack it. I would love to get my hands on any program or anything that can be scheduled to change my pword at a certain time and notify me of the new one by saving it to a doent on my computer or on a website. If anybody have any other suggestions or anything I would appreciate it.
