Does immature follicles mean i not ovulating?

i went for my ultrasound scan yest its my first time on clomid and they said i hve had a follicle of 3 cm there not sure if its a cyst or not. Feel really upset was hoping that i was ovulating. They put me on clomid because i am not ovulating at all. I aslo got told i have immature follicles i am not sure what this meens if anyone could give me some info or tell me there experiances that would be great o they started me on 50g of clomid day 2-6..
