Is tesbih neclace bidaa(innovation)?

sometimes i use the tesbih necklace to do dhikr, subhlah, subhlahi wa bihmadihi, Allahu akbar and so on, is the use of thise necklace bidaa (innovation)? Because a brother commented on it to me and said some hadith, view please
