Medicaid and gastric byp?

Please help. My mother received the gastric byp surgery three years ago and it has helped her very much. She has lost over 200 pounds. Now the problem is she has a lot of leftover skin. What I don't know is if her doctor doesn't take Medicaid to do the plastic surgery of the skin or if Medicaid doesn't even pay for it. Can somebody please tell me if Medicaid pays to remove some of the access skin. Thank you so much
