Do female sugar gliders experience behavior changes after we sold her babies?

okay so I have a female sugar glider (Bambi) and she had two of her babies a little while ago and they were ready to be sold. well the day someone bought the babies, i noticed that she seemed really sad and almost depressed and she wasnt acting the way she used to: running to the side of the cage for a meal worm, coming to the sound of my voice to greet me, etc. Instead she was sitting in the corner shaking and being anti-social. she NEVER does this and i was beginnning to wonder what was going on with her! so i callled a woman that handles these amazing sugar gliders on a daily basis and i asked her what was happening and she said to give her some yogurt and if she didnt leap for it then i need to consult a local exotic vet. anyways, Bambi leaped for the yogurt and is doing a little better. but my question is though, do female gliders get sad when their babies are taken from them?!? please help! the babies were my first ever and i have never seen Bambi act like this. shes slowly changing but im worried. is it normal for females to get sad when the babies are taken??!! PLEASE!
