Why are supposed "Christians" sending hate mail?

I just got a very nasty letter from "Secret Agent of God (BWR)" with more profanity than I have heard for a very long time. Do Most Christians think that profanity and hate mail are now acceptable to God ? Do you plan on acting this way in heaven ?
