RHH: Is Elzhi as good as Nas?

I remember MQ asked this question a while back but everyone said that Elzhi didn't have anything on the level of Illmatic. Well he's now released a new album called ELmatic and its produced by Will Sessions (who did a very good job at making the beats sound almost 100 % the same as Illmatic's beats) the track names are also the same. Now I wonder if any of you have heard the album and is Elzhi as good as Nas? In my opinion No because 1. It's pretty easy for me to go and rap over another guys album or remake it, it doesn't mean I will be as good as him and 2. The album only came out now 2011 so when illmatic came out it was a much bigger breakthrough for rap. I want your opinions?
