Well I'm sick right now and have been throwing up yesterday and today. I guess it's the flu or something. I can keep water down if I just take little sips. I've tried the BRAT (bananas, rice, applesauce, toast) diet but I just throw that up and I also throw up chicken, any kind of soup, saltine crackers, and chicken broth. I feel hungry, but when I eat, I just throw up. What should I eat? I'm 15 by the way.
