Is dental isting really that bad??? please help...i m kind of scared....?

ok so i m trying to get into this accelerated 12 weeks course for dental isting and i was doing a little research and i came across this forum where every 1 was talking crap about dental isting....all of them..like more than 15 people from differnt states were talking the same thing..that they were treated like crap...and they were over worked and under paid..and the dentists were BAD BOSSES.....is it really that bad??? should i reconsider??? if i should then what else could i do in 12 weeks to get a job?
