Why doesnt my boyfriend call me everyday??

Me and my boyfriend have been goin out for 2 months now.both 16 years old. he never call me at all hardly.we have only talked lik 5 times since we have been together lik more than 2 mins on the phone. If we are goin 2 hang out he will call for lik a min nd say im here or somethin and thats about it. I see him at school but only at lunch for lik 30 mins.then he doesnt call me or text me after school, he used 2 always text me after skool then he started to work, nd when we would plan to hang out on weekends he says ok and then last mintute say he has 2 work.. or just make up a reason why he cant hang out.. he nevr says lets go 2 the movies or nothing we have only been on a couple dates, we always hang out with just my girlfriends, all i do is see him at school..lik this past week he didnt call me mon,tues,wes,thur,but we did hang out on fri, then saturday no call all day or anything. please help me!why is he not calling or textin nd always says he has 2 work when we want to do something?
