Looking for an exercise regimen for Basic Training?

First start eating right second start running (not sprinting) more 1-2 miles is what you want to work up to. Third calisthenics push ups sit ups jumping jacks squat thrusts. Start out 1 rep (of 10) per day raising your reps by one a day (or other day) until you get to 10-20 When you get to 5 add another mile-2 run into your schedule. at 10 another and at 20 another. Check your weight you should be gaining weight you should be gaining muscle m. You say your a gamer? it would be the same thing you do for a sims character (that wanted to go into military) No matter what if you push yourself you should be ahead of the curve when you get there..............R
