Im growing Brine Shrimp for a science experiment and need some info, thanks :)?

Im testing how the pH of water will affect the Population of Brine shrimp and dont know what supplies I would need. I also need to know if i can Get a certin amount of eggs for each tank im constructing. Any tips on this project would be GREAT! thanks all
