Am I Eligible For Tax Bonus?

I'm 18. My pay slip says I earn $2400.00(ish) per year. I put through my tax return last year but in 07, I didnt have a tax file number, my employer didnt give me my group certificate and I didn't earn enough to pay tax so does that jeopardies it?
